Do I need land or have to be ready to buy?
No. The club can help you evaluate your plans before choosing a site or committing to a home. There is no obligation to buy a park model through Tiny.living.
What does the membership include?
Member home and upgrade pricing, buying guides and worksheets, written guidance, planning and estimate tools, and scheduled live group calls. Members also receive $500 off a park model bought through Tiny.living. A home, land, delivery, and site work are separate purchases.
How does the $500 purchase benefit work?
When purchasing a park model through Tiny.living, let us know you’re a club member so your $500 discount can be included. It applies to the park model purchase and is separate from the $99 club membership fee.
Is it a subscription? What if it isn’t for me?
It’s a one-time $99 membership with no recurring billing. To request a club refund within 30 days, email info@tiny.living from your purchase email. Home purchases have separate terms.
